At Dressing Your Truth, we promise to do everything we can to make your shopping experience fun, comfortable, quick, and simply perfect. We are passionate about providing you with high-quality products that perfectly highlight your Type of beauty.
If you are not completely satisfied with the Dressing Your Truth Course, simply return it within sixty (60) days for a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with any merchandise you purchase from us, simply return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item for a full refund. Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include a return authorization form. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.
In order to process your return quickly, please follow the instructions under the My Returns tab in your account area. Upon contacting us with the necessary information, you will receive a return authorization form via email that must be printed and included with your returned items. Returned items without an authorization form will not be processed. We will refund the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges.
Once we have received your return and approved it, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the processed refund and credit deposited into your account.

RETURN POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Refunds are only made back to the original payment method, or issued as store credit. Orders placed with gift cards only refund value to a gift card or store credit. Under no circumstances may Dressing Your Truth apply credit to another payment method other than the original. In no circumstances will cash be issued for online purchases, whether via store returns, or to Dressing Your Truth Returns.
Refund value is established according to original purchase price paid by the customer, as indicated on the receipt, not the greater or lesser value as marked online at the time of return. The shipping value paid by the customer to ship the order to the customer’s address is not refundable, except as stated within Shipping Refunds.
Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to show up on customer’s credit card statement.
Though Dressing Your Truth makes its best effort to align promotional pricing to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, at times a price reduction results in a customer paying a higher price within a short time preceding the price reduction. Dressing Your Truth has established a policy to provide price adjustments in certain instances, when a customer brings a price difference to Dressing Your Truth’s attention.
Price adjustments may be made when merchandise purchased at full price is marked down to a reduced promotional price within 14 days of original order date. Customer must contact Dressing Your Truth customer service via email and include their order number and contact information. Customer should not return merchandise to initiate a price adjustment.
Price adjustments are provided in the form of online store credit in the customer’s account.
GIFT CARD RETURNS:
Gift cards are only eligible for returns to the original purchaser for the original price and must be accompanied by the original receipt. The value of the refund is limited to the original purchase price and may only be refunded to the original purchase method. Gift cards are not refunded for any value other than the original purchase price, regardless of the value indicated on the card or any advertising message.
ONLINE MERCHANDISE RETURNS TO STORE LOCATIONS:
Online purchases may be returned to store locations for refund. Customer must present the shipping invoice she/he received within the delivered package to be eligible for a return or exchange to a store location. If this document is not presented, the store is not authorized to complete a return, exchange, or credit.
Customer must present government-issued ID to be eligible for return processing at store locations. Without the required identification, store associates are not authorized to complete the return, exchange, or credit.
SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS:
Returned items determined to be damaged by the manufacturer or defective will be refunded to the customer for the purchase price and shipping costs of delivery charged to the customer. A credit of up to $6.55 will be issued to the customer in the form of a Dressing Your Truth store credit to compensate for costs of return shipping to Dressing Your Truth.
Refunds are not provided for shipping to the customer’s designated delivery address, except in the event of a Dressing Your Truth error, such as wrong item shipped, manufacturer defect, or wrong shipping address.
Dressing Your Truth will provide promotional shipping rates from time to time to reduce the cost of a purchase for customers. These shipping promotion values, whether express or any implied, are not eligible for a refund.
When initiating a return shipment, customers should allow 5-10 days for return shipments to arrive to Dressing Your Truth Returns. Customers are advised to note the tracking number of their return package and reference the carrier’s website for confirmation of delivery to Dressing Your Truth Returns. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, and Dressing Your Truth Returns will notify the customer of a completed return via email once completed.
RETURNING AN ITEM OR ORDER:
The following information is provided as a self-guided resource to aid customers wishing to return an order to Dressing Your Truth Returns.
Repackage items for return within the same packaging used to deliver original order, if possible. The return package should be free of any shipping labels on outside of return box, other than the one addressed to Dressing Your Truth Returns.
Customers are advised to record and reference the tracking number to note the arrival of a return to Dressing Your Truth Returns.
Include return authorization form within the package, along with merchandise being returned.

For all returns, the customer must pay shipping costs associated with returning items to Dressing Your Truth Returns. Dressing Your Truth is not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping, so shipping insurance and package tracking are advised.
NORMAL BUSINESS PRACTICE NOTICE:
Dressing Your Truth reserves the right to record and analyze customer return behavior at its discretion. Dressing Your Truth Returns reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and make a fair assessment of condition of returned merchandise and packaging to determine saleable condition of goods and refund eligibility.
Learning Your Beauty Profile or Energy Type
The Discover Your Beauty Profile Bundle is intended to assist you in discovering what your Beauty Profile or Type is. It is a course which describes all of the four Beauty Profile Types and comes with a book, and the Beauty Profile online videos. The Beauty Profile Bundle does not teach you how to Dress for Your Type of Beauty.
The Dressing Your Truth course is the 3-hour online video program and life-time club membership that is specific to your Beauty Profile Type. This course is where the tools and resources are for Dressing Your Truth and provides the details of how to incorporate the 5 elements of your Beauty Profile into your clothing, your make-up, your hair style, and accessories. As a life-time club member you receive access to the ongoing Club Nights, Hands-on Events, Dressing Your Truth forum, the Dressing Your Truth Salon, Expert Services, and more!

It is not uncommon to feel like you need help determining your Type. Most people are able to determine their Beauty Profile/Energy Type by using our online video training and by reading one of Carol’s books: Discover Your Personal Beauty Profile or It’s Just My Nature.

If you have already gone through both the course and book and are still questioning your Type, we recommend reviewing the resources listed in your members area. Log into your Dressing Your Truth account and look under the tab labeled “More Support For Knowing Your Type.”
In addition, you can access two other resources to learn more about facial profiling and the natural instincts of each Type: Carol’s archived recordings of her BlogTalkRadio show, and many videos on her blog www.thecarolblog.com. Both of these free resources can be very helpful in determining your Type.
Most importantly, trust yourself. You know yourself better than you think.
Chances are, you will identify your Beauty Profile correctly when you begin Dressing Your Truth. But we don’t want you to worry.
If you have chosen a course Type that you feel is not the right one for you, please contact the customer support team and they will exchange your course for the correct one, no problem. Our priority is helping you to Dress Your Truth!

Please click on the More Support For Knowing Your Type tab in the left hand column. Then click on the Face Profiling tab where you will be directed to a page with several face profiling videos of all four Beauty Profile Types.

Order Related Issues
Gift cards are redeemed in the ‘Gift Card or Promotion Code’ field on page 1 of the online Store Checkout. Please copy and paste the code into the field and click ‘Apply”, only once. The Gift Card balance has been applied to your Dressing Your Truth account as an available credit. On the second page of checkout you will be asked if you wish to apply your credit balance to the order. This is located near the middle of the ordering page to the right of the credit card fields. Please check the box and your credit balance will be applied to your order.
Once the credit has been applied you will be able to redeem it during the check out process.
The Style Guide for your Type will be sent out as soon as you select your specific Type Dressing Your Truth course, and should arrive within 2 – 3 business days within the US. For international orders it may take up to 4 weeks.
Within the US: All of our orders ship First Class/Priority mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number to check your order for delivery. Please email us at [email protected] with any problems.
International orders: Your order may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your country and location. There is no tracking number available for international orders, but please email [email protected] if you have any questions.

No. Credit is only earned when a new customer uses your share link to place the order.
Please have your friend send an email to [email protected] with your share link and the order number within 5-days of ordering the Dressing Your Truth course.

Please make sure that you have the latest version of flash player installed on your computer, and you can upgrade/download that at www.adobe.com/flashplayer. That usually solves the issue, but you may also want to use Firefox as your web browser if you’re not already, as it’s the most compatible for video viewing, and it’s free at www.firefox.com. Also make sure you don’t have any parental control settings or security settings that may be blocking it.

If you have difficulty logging in, click on the “Forgot Your Password” link and enter your email address. A temporary password will be emailed to you. Once you’ve logged in with that, you can click on the Accounts & Orders tab to change your password to what you’d like.

To log in to the Live Your Truth forum, please visit http://forum.liveyourtruth.com and register your unique user name and password. You will receive an email confirmation that your account has been activated. Enter your user name and password in the Login area of the forum and you will be able to participate in the Energy Profiling and Carol’s Healing Products areas of the forum. The Dressing Your Truth section of the forum does require a Dressing Your Truth club membership and a special password which is located in the Forum folder of your Dressing Your Truth member area.
